OUR COVID-19 POLICY

With over 30 years of experience – hygiene simply isn’t new to us. Rest assured, when you choose to dine with us, your safety is our priority and will never be compromised.

Key POINTS

Initially operating at below 50% capacity – Supporting social distancing measures between customers; tables spaced at least 1 metre apart and facilities not being overused. The lower capacity means fewer staff will be required and those that are will be temperature checked on arrival.

Increased cleanliness and hygiene – hand sanitizers will be available throughout the restaurant for both customer and staff use. A further 15 minutes will be given between sittings to enable a full clean of tables and chairs. Customers will be encouraged to view menus on their personal mobile device, enhanced through a QR code/menu link on every table. Cutlery and condiments will only be placed on tables once the order is received.

Avoiding queues – bookings will be staggered to avoid customers arriving at the same time. Customers will be asked to remain at their table as much as possible and cannot attend the bar.

A warm but ‘contactless’ Sotirio’s welcome – we want to hug you as much as you want to hug us but unfortunately we will have to save them for another day. Hopefully summer hangs about – our cloak room will be closed for now.
